Fulfillment Policies

At HairlineTechnology Ltd, we strive to deliver exceptional digital marketing services to enhance your salon or barber shop's online presence. Our fulfillment policy ensures timely delivery of services as per the selected package:

  1. Service Delivery:

    • Services will be rendered within the specified time frame corresponding to the purchased package, with a maximum leeway of one week for completion.

    • Upon successful completion, a detailed email outlining the fulfilled service will be sent to the email address provided during the purchase. We are not liable for any incorrect information submitted by the customer.

  2. Refund Policy:

    • Orders are processed promptly to initiate service delivery. As a result, refunds are not permissible once an order is placed and services are commenced.

  3. Cancellation:

    • Customers reserve the right to cancel their order before the service delivery commences.

    • Once services have begun or have been completed within the specified time frame, cancellations will not be accepted.

  4. Customer Responsibility:

    • It's the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the information provided during the purchase process, especially the email address for service delivery. We are not liable for undelivered services due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

  5. Exceptions:

    • In exceptional cases where unforeseen circumstances arise, preventing service delivery within the specified timeframe, we will communicate promptly with affected customers to discuss alternate solutions.
